The Course provides lifetime access upon purchase to 18 step-by-step lessons.
Included benefits: private community access ("the Dog Park"), live coaching sessions (recorded for future access), a portal for submitting questions with a one-business-day response time, and five bonus lessons.
We reserve the right to offer promotional offers & discounts at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Access to the Course is granted immediately upon successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to course materials, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This document outlines the Terms & Conditions for John’s Training Club: For Low Mobility Students ("the Club"), a monthly membership led by John Walton. By enrolling, you ("the Member") agree to these terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement.
2. Membership Details
The Club provides ongoing, monthly access to the following benefits:
- Weekly live Zoom coaching sessions with John Walton (recorded for replay)
- A community space inside "The Dog Park" (Kajabi platform)
- Four foundational training videos introducing John’s unique dog training method
- A compassionate, modified approach to dog training suited for those with limited mobility
Bonus for FITBO Members: Seamless invite and welcome video gift from John.
We reserve the right to offer promotional offers and discounts at our discretion.
3. Payment & Subscription Terms
- The membership is priced at $27/month.
- Payments are auto-renewed monthly until cancellation.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method on file.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time using the instructions provided within your member portal.
- If you are unable to cancel directly, please email us at [email protected] at least 15 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- No partial refunds or prorated cancellations are issued.
5. Refund Policy

Media Recording, Content License & Consent to Record and Collect
You understand and agree that our sessions may be recorded, including live group coaching, office hours, onboarding calls, support interactions, and any media you submit (e.g., homework clips, screenshots, messages) (“Recordings” and “Submissions”).
License You Grant
You grant [John Walton Online Dog Training] (“Company”) a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and perform the Recordings and Submissions—in whole or in part—for training, quality assurance, product improvement, and marketing/advertising across any media now known or later developed.
This includes the right to use your name, likeness, voice, city, dog’s name/likeness, and statements in connection with such uses.
You waive any right to inspect or approve finished materials and acknowledge no compensation is due for these uses.
Ownership and Warranties
- You retain ownership of your Submissions; Company owns Company-created Recordings.
- You represent you have all rights and permissions to grant this license, and that your Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.
Privacy, Opt-Out, and Removals
- If you prefer we do not use your materials for public marketing, email [[email protected]] with subject “Marketing Opt-Out.”
- We will honor opt-out requests prospectively; previously created/public assets may continue.
- We will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove future use upon request where feasible.
⚠️ Operational/training use (e.g., internal reviews, support QA) may continue even if you opt out of public marketing.
Minors and Third Parties
- You agree not to include minors or third parties in Submissions without consent.
- If a minor appears, you represent you are the parent/legal guardian and grant consent on their behalf.
- Do not include third-party music, trademarks, or media you don’t own.
✅ You agree to indemnify Company for claims arising from your Submissions.
Safety and Confidentiality
- Do not share sensitive personal data in Submissions.
- Payment data is never recorded in coaching sessions.
- Company stores recordings with reasonable security measures.
Release
You release and discharge Company from any and all claims arising out of the permitted use of the Recordings and Submissions, including claims for defamation, infringement of privacy, or rights of publicity.
No Obligation
Company has no obligation to use any Recording or Submission.
