If you’ve gotten what you need and feel ready to move on, we fully support you—and we’ve made cancellation simple and stress-free. We're a straightforward, honest company, and we’ll never make you jump through hoops to leave.

How To Cancel Your Monthly Subscription
You can cancel directly from your Membership Dashboard to stop future billing and deactivate access at the end of your billing term:
- Sign in and on the top right hand side of the navigation menu, click on the person icon
- Go to Settings
- Under Account Settings, click Subscription.
- Hit Change plan, then scroll down and select Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your site and content will stay live until the current billing period ends; afterward, it will be deactivated (see Kajabi Help Guide)
If you prefer, you can send us an email to cancel your monthly subscription:
- Email us at: [email protected]
- You must give us a minimum of 15 days notice before you next billing date, to avoid being charged your next billing cycle
- We will cancel your subscription for you
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your next billing date
Optional: Permanently Delete Your Account
Canceling does not permanently delete your account or data. If you want Kajabi to erase all your data permanently, submit a data deletion request:
- Visit the Kajabi Data Rights Request Form
- Provide your name, email, and location for verification
- Submit and verify via email; Kajabi will process the deletion (usually within 30 days)
